Elliott Rizk has more than a decade of experience in global business with an exceptional trans-cultural understanding, having lived and studied in 7 different countries. Having graduated with a Global Business degree from the University of Evansville in the United Stated of America, he then moved to Saudi Arabia to join one of the leading exhibition management companies in the Kingdom, MICE Arabia Group where he expanded its operations regionally and ultimately successfully sold the business. Elliott then moved to Lebanon and co-founded Mum’s Chips, one of the leading local healthy snacks in Lebanon. Mum’s Chips is currently present in 5 different countries and is sold in prominent stores such as Spinneys, Carrefour, Starbucks and Dunkin. Elliott currently serves as its Chief Executive.
